Account & data deletion
Request deletion of your NollPang account and associated personal data from 놀게임즈(Noll games) by email. You can use these instructions even if you cannot reinstall or sign in to the app.
1. Send a request

Subject: NollPang account deletion request
- Include your UID if available. You can view and copy it in the app’s Settings.
- Include your nickname and reply email. If you do not know the UID, send the information you have.
- Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or are requesting action on particular personal data. Staff may request minimal additional information needed to verify ownership.
Write a deletion request in your email app
The button opens an email composer; it does not send a message automatically. Without an email app, copy the address into your email service. Do not send passwords, verification codes, national identification numbers or full card numbers.
2. What is deleted and retained
After verifying ownership and scope, we handle deletion of the service account, progress, public ranking entries, owned content and associated personal data. Progress and items may not be recoverable afterwards.

Legal records are separated, access-restricted and used only for the retention purpose. Provider backups and SDK records may have additional deletion cycles. See retention and deletion in the Privacy Policy.
3. Handling your request
Junsik Park (박준식), the privacy contact, receives requests and works with privacy officer Sangwook Park (박상욱) where needed. We verify and act without undue delay within applicable legal periods and explain completion or any delay/restriction. If you do not receive acknowledgement or a response is delayed, follow up at the same email.
Uninstalling/signing out does not delete the server account. Deleting NollPang does not delete your Google/Apple account. Let us know if you also need a refund. A deletion request is not a waiver of refund rights, and payment/refund issues do not automatically justify refusing a privacy request.
